On April 24, 2022, he won the ATP 500 Masters Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell, also known as the Conde de Godó trophy. He defeated Tsitsipas, Alex de Minaur, Jaume Munar, and in the final, Pablo Carreño Busta with a 6-3, 6-2.
This marked the highest ranking of his career as number 32, at 18 years, 6 months, and 3 days, making him the player with the best ranking at his age since Hewitt (18) in 1999.
He achieved the Umag 2021 title at 18 years, 2 months, and 12 days
Declared the youngest ATP Tour champion since Nishikori (18) at Delray Beach 2018, and the youngest Spanish champion since Nadal (18), just 8 days younger when winning Sopot 2004.
He has won at least one match in each of the four Grand Slams, all in his first participation, at 18 years, 3 months, and 25 days (surpassing Nadal, Djokovic, and Federer).

At 19, Carlos secures the clay courts of Buenos Aires, marking his seventh career title following victories in 2021 at Umag and in 2022 at Rio de Janeiro, the Miami Masters 1000, Barcelona, the Madrid Masters 1000, and the US Open.
Alcaraz became the first Spaniard to reach the Buenos Aires tournament final since the edition 2016.

On May 8th, 2022, he dethroned Zverev and claimed victory on Madrid’s clay. The “Murciano” proved invincible in finals, winning all five contested and becoming the third Spaniard to reign in the capital of Spain after Ferrero and Nadal.

On April 3rd, 2022, he achieved the Miami Masters title after defeating three top 10 players during the tournament, becoming the first Spaniard to win said tournament in the male category and the third youngest player in history to win a Masters 1000.
In 2024, Alcaraz wins his second Wimbledon again against Djokovic.
He defeats the Serbian in the final swiftly, winning his fourth Grand Slam at the age of 21, his second of 2024.
